MVP privacy note
Private means plain language.
StayDry Buddy stores your plan, check-ins, and coach messages so the habit system can work across visits on this device. The MVP uses an opaque device cookie instead of a public profile.
What is stored
Your coach settings, product names, structured check-ins, optional notes, and messages you send to the coach.
What goes to OpenAI
Coach messages and the minimum plan context needed to answer. API responses are requested with storage disabled. Structured check-ins do not require an AI call.
What is not ready in v1
Account sign-in, verified partner invitations, data export, and self-service deletion are not yet implemented. Do not use this MVP for regulated health records.
Before a public launch: add authentication, encryption and retention policies, consent records, abuse monitoring, account deletion, and a reviewed privacy policy and terms.
